Emergency Medical Treatment
What happens during a medical emergency, and which emergency information should families keep current?
If a student has a medical emergency at school or a school-related activity and the parent cannot be reached, LTS staff will seek emergency medical treatment. Therefore, parents are asked each year to complete an emergency care consent form. Parents should keep emergency care information up-to-date (name of doctor, emergency phone numbers, allergies, etc.). Please contact the campus registrar to update any information.
