SCHOOL COMMUNICATION

How will I receive emergency messages, school news, classroom updates, and other family communications?

Legacy Traditional Schools uses a unified communications platform to communicate with families. This includes emergency messages, school news, and other updates that inform parents and guardians while promoting greater engagement and connection on campus. Notifications may be received via email, text, or app, with customized settings to suit individual needs. Additionally, parents and guardians can set their preferred language for all communications, ensuring accessibility and understanding. For additional information or support, parents and guardians may contact the school office.

Grievance Procedures

A grievance is a formal complaint about an issue of concern. If a student or parent/guardian has a complaint, he or she may send a written grievance to the school or schedule a meeting with the school principal. The principal will make every effort to find a resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved at the school level, please ask the principal or school secretary for the process for issuing a grievance to the deputy superintendent.

Parental Feedback

LTS believes that timely, open, and honest communication is vital to the success of the students and the school. Parents/guardians and students are encouraged to respectfully provide feedback and express concerns about any part of the Legacy program to the classroom teacher or school administration. Parents/guardians will receive surveys throughout the school year to help gauge the school’s success.
